From the day of arrival in the territory, carry out a 10-days quarantine at my expense on arrival, in a dedicated facility or at home upon express request received at least 72 hours before the departure of the flight to French Polynesia, accompanied by documents justifying compliance with the sanitary requirements for home quarantine. The High Commissioner of the Republic may object to the choice of the place chosen by the person concerned if it appears that this place does not meet the sanitary requirements that justify his or her placement in quarantine upon arrival and in particular if this place does not guarantee the impossibility of contamination of a third person.

Call +689 40 45 50 00 in case of any symptom suggestive of Covid-19,* however minor. If your results are negative you can continue your vacation peacefully.
5
If your results are positive you will be repatriated to the island of Tahiti and you will receive the best care during your convalescence. You will be billed for all costs related with your health care.
6
Your family will also be invited to return to the island of Tahiti. All costs incurred by these procedures will be at your expense (related with the BVS).
7

As soon as your condition is declared "non-contagious," your discharge from the care center and/or dedicated facility and return to your country of origin can be organized (this period can last 14-21 days after symptoms have disappeared).
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND STAY IN FRENCH POLYNESIA
The government of French Polynesia requires the creation of a health registration form for any traveler arriving to French Polynesia by air. This formality is added to the existing entry conditions for foreigners in Polynesian territory. This formality has been in force since July 12, 2020 (DECREE no. 1689/CM of octobre 28th, 2020) for an indefinite period.
The health form is only available at www.etis.pf. It is mandatory for all resident and non-resident travelers and must be presented at airline check-in before boarding the plane to Polynesia.
In order to be eligible, travelers and minors in their families must: - Perform an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 within three days before boarding and be declared negative. - Show the negative test results to the airline serving French Polynesia. - Complete the online health registration form. - Accept the sanitary conditions in force.
Once the procedures have been validated, you will receive your ETIS receipt by email, which you must keep with you at all time during your stay. You will be asked to complete an ETIS form each time you visit French Polynesia. ETIS is a free service platform.
The performance of the home quarantine is conditional on compliance with the following health requirements:
To have a home in which the quarantine can be carried out without the risk of crossing a third person (strictly individual accommodation, without common entrance with third persons)
Proof: attestation on the honor of the absence of third parties in the accomodation and the absence of risks of contact with third parties.
Have a personal vehicle at your disposal upon arrival in French Polynesia to get to your accommodation without contact with third parties or have retained an approved medical vehicle
Proof: attestation on the honor
Have a sufficient stock of "surgical" medical masks that comply with Decree n°514 CM of May 11, 2020 on safety and defining the standards for the mandatory application of medical masks, so that all members of a family over 11 years old performing quarantine in the same place can be masked
Have made contact with a doctor or agreed to a follow-up visit by health care personnel.
